So the government has been defeated in the courts AGAIN over FITs: http://www.edie.net/news/news_story.asp?id=21748 Should be good news for the solar power industry. Will this mean people will start installing solar panels again now the situation has stabilised and they know how much the tariffs are? Or has all this confusion caused damage to the solar industry which will take much longer to reverse?
